My Bio

Welcome to my page! *waves*
I'm Em, or Emcee, and I do art. Aside from the usual high school art classes, I'd never taken much of an interest in drawing until 2014 when I made it my new year's resolution to get better. I started looking up guides, activites, lectures...anything I could find to improve my (meagre) skills. It wasn't very long until I become completely addicted to it!

Here you'll find all the results of my ventures into the art world, although I'm still very much a beginner ^^;
Please leave a comment or any feedback! I welcome any information you might have that will help me improve further, or suggestions on what to draw next.

Note: Due to my work schedule I'm active every other week. I do still comment, fav and watch, but I don't have time to do submissions when I'm at work :phew:

The artistic world is so broad and includes so many different genres, styles, techniques etc. etc. that those just venturing out (like myself!) can be completely overwhelmed by how much their is to learn. Having delved into dA and through talking with other artists it seems like this is a common issue. So, how do you practice art when such a broad range of options are available? Here are some of the resources and exercises I've found really helpful: 1. Practice Gesture DrawingsGesture drawings are short, timed sket
